Jason Johndrow

Principal Software Engineer

Hi — I'm Jason Johndrow, a software engineer. This is my corner of the internet: part portfolio, part lab notebook, part gravitational anomaly.

The home page renders a real-time simulation of a Schwarzschild black hole — light rays are integrated backwards through curved spacetime on your GPU, so the lensing, photon ring, and the accretion disk's "hat" are emergent physics, not a static image.

More content coming soon. In the meantime you can find me on LinkedIn.

hint: `launch star` feeds the black hole — add `--slow` for a long death spiral
